Our Grand Opening Launch - Early March 2008

This gorgeous three-storey, Victorian house has been transformed into a Boutique Hotel, Wine Bar & Restaurant following a complete internal renovation and overhaul of furnishings. The refurbishment has created a series of contemporary spaces within the building, formerly known as Andover Hotel, moving away from its dated floral carpets and aertex to embrace a more stylish and chic feel through the use of stripping back to the original features and introducing contemporary fittings, lighting, state-of-the-art sound systems and quality furnishings.

The property houses 20 beautifully furnished en-suite bedrooms and suites. Each one has been decorated to impress both couples on a romantic break and those on a business venture. There are four new suites, generous in size with their own open plan lounge and kitchen.

To compliment the sophisticated new look, the owners have decided to open a handsome wine bar, with an accessible wine list and premium beers allowing all to indulge. They are also devoted to ensuring that the new restaurant serves food crammed full of goodness and bursting with tasty ingredients. The wine bar and restaurant are open to non-residents and when the weather is warm, extends to the outdoor terrace.

The renovated basement has been opened up and designed specifically for corporate meetings and private events. With sound system and lighting premeditated for the space it can be instantly transformed from seating a business meeting to entertaining a wedding reception or party complete with its own bar and snug seating lounge.
